രണ്ട് കൊല്ലം മുന്‍പ് ഈ പറഞ്ഞ സ്ഥലത്ത് C#, .NET കോഴ്സ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു… കോഴ്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ അവിടെ വേക്കന്‍സി വരുന്ന മുറക്ക് പരീക്ഷ നടത്തി ജോലിക്കെടുക്കുമെന്ന ഉറപ്പും കിട്ടിയതാ.. ഭാഗ്യത്തിന് കോഴ്സ് പകുതിയായപ്പോളേക്കും (സ്വന്തം നിലക്ക്) വേറെ ജോലി കിട്ടി. ഇല്ലേല്‍ ഞാനും ഇതുപോലൊരെണ്ണം ഇപ്പൊ എഴുതിയേനെ.

രാത്രി പതിനോന്നരവരെ ജോലി ചെയുന്ന ഒരു engineer കഥ ആണ്. പതിനൊന്നരയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം കമ്പനിയുടെ സ്വന്തം cab-ഇല്‍ ആണ് drop down facility ഉള്ളത്, പേരിനുമാത്രം ഉള്ള ഈ facility പെണ്‍കുട്ടികളെ രാത്രി പതിനൊന്നരയ്ക്ക് ഡ്രോപ്പ് ചെയുന്നത് റോഡ്‌ സൈഡ്-ഇലും.പലപ്പോഴും സ്ഥലപരിചയം കുറവുള്ള പെണ്‍കുട്ടികളെ പല അപരിചിത സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും രാത്രി ഡ്രോപ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഒരു പതിവാണ് എന്നും കു‌ടെ പറഞ്ഞു കൊള്ളട്ടെ. നേരിട്ട് ഇതിനു ഇരയായപ്പോള്‍ ഡ്രൈവറുമായി വഴക്കിട്ടു റോഡില്‍ ഇറങ്ങേണ്ടി വന്നു …പ്രതികരണ ശേഷി കു‌ടിയത് കൊണ്ടായിരിക്കും ഞാന്‍ ഈ സംഭവം escalate ചെയ്തു, Administration Head-ഇനു തന്നെ. അനന്തര ഫലമായി ഒരു call വന്നു conference call ആയിരുന്നു Admin head & HR head ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു .കാള്‍-ഇന്റെ ചുരക്കം ഇങ്ങനെ – ” ഡ്രൈവറിനെ പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കുക പറ്റുമെങ്കില്‍ ഡ്രൈവറെ തല്ലണം”. അതായതു ഒരു IT engineer അത്യാവശ്യം അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ട ഒന്നാണ് മാര്‍‍ഷല്‍ ആര്‍ട്സ് …. രാത്രി 11.30 വരെ പണി ചെയ്യണം അതിനു ശേഷം വീട്ടില്‍ കൊണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ cab driver-umayi ഗുസ്തിയും.

എന്ത് ചെയ്താല്ലും കുറ്റം കണ്ടെത്തുന്ന ഒരു മാനേജര്‍, രാത്രി പന്ത്രണ്ടു മണി വരെ പെണ്‍കുട്ടികളെ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ഒരു 5 നില കെട്ടിടത്തില്‍ ഇരുന്നു പണി എടുക്കാന്‍ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന Team lead..(Building Security കു‌ട്ടിനുണ്ടാകും എന്ന് കു‌ടെ ചേര്‍ക്കട്ടെ) …അങ്ങിനെ പ്രാരാബ്ധങ്ങള്‍ ഒരുപാടുണ്ട് മാഷെ തിരുവനതപുരത്തെ പല IT കമ്പനികളിലും..:)

hmm..ആദ്യമൊക്കെ ഒരു fresher ആയതിന്റെ പരിമിതി കാരണം പ്രതികരണം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു..ഇപ്പോള്‍ പ്രതികരിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി പലതിനോടും…!

താങ്കള്‍ ആ കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ്‌ labour commision-ന് കൊടുക്കണമായിരുന്നു..എങ്കില്‍ ആ ഉള്ള മുപ്പതു പേര്‍ വേറെ ഏതെങ്കിലും നല്ല കമ്പനികളില്‍ പോയി, അവരും രക്ഷപെട്ടെനെ ..മാത്രവുമല്ല പിന്നെ വേറെ ഒരു company-ഉം ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാന്‍ മുതിരുകയും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു..

ആരോഗ്യം ഉള്ളിടത്തോളം കാലം എന്ത് മാന്യമായ ജോലി ചെയ്തും ജീവിക്കാം ..ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള പല software engineer-ഇലും കണ്ടുവരുന്ന ഒരു രോഗമാണ് “പ്രതികരണശേഷി ഇല്ലായ്മ” എന്ന് ഉപസംഹരിക്കട്ടെ ..

Vipine, ഞാന്‍ ഓഫീസ് ബോയ് ആയിട്ടല്ല അവിടെ ജോയിന്‍ ചെയ്തത് – From Day-1. 2000 ഡിസമ്പര്‍ മുതല്‍ 2005 ഡിസമ്പര്‍ വരെ ആ കമ്പനിയുടെ എല്ലാ പ്രോഡക്റ്റുകളുഡേം ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാളര്‍ ഞാനാണ് ഹാന്‍ഡില്‍ ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്. പ്രോഡക്റ്റുകളുടെ ഇപ്പോള്‍ അവിടെ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാളര്‍ സ്ക്രിപ്റ്റ് എഴുതി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ഞാനാണ്.എന്റെ ജോലി അതു തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു. പിന്നെ ബഗ്‌റ്റൂള്‍ ഒന്നു പരിശോദിച്ച് നോക്കൂ ഞാന്‍ കൊടുത്ത ബഗ്ഗുകള്‍ കാണാം. ഞാന്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച മഷിന്‍- പി.സി.55 (192.168.0.55). വെറുതെ ഒരു ഊഹം പോയി!!എന്നെ കുറിച്ച് ഒന്നും അറിയീല്ലെങ്കില്‍, XXXXXല്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 വര്‍ഷമായി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ചിലര്‍ ഉണ്ട്. അവരോട് ചോദിക്കുക. ok?

After reading this story I’m speechless. Its kind of hard to imagine that these things happens in IT field, especially in Kerala. Believe in god and just remember that he will never let you down. Good luck for ur future.

XXXXXല്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന സമയത്ത് എനിക്ക് ഡിഗ്രീ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു എന്നുള്ളത് സത്യമായിരുന്നു. അതിനുള്ള ഒരു കോമ്പ്രമൈസ് ആയിരുന്നു, എന്റെ കുറഞ്ഞ ശമ്പളം. അതില്‍ ഞാന്‍ സന്തുഷ്ടനും ആയിരുന്നു (ഇപ്പൊഴും ആ ദിവസങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് ഞാന്‍ സന്തോഷവാനാണ്). ശമ്പളത്തിന്റെ പേരില്‍ ഇന്നു വരെ ഞാന്‍ ആരോടും തര്‍ക്കിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. എന്നെ അഞ്ചു വര്‍ഷം അവിടെ നിന്നും ടെര്‍മിനേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാതെ വച്ചിരുന്നത് എന്നോടുള്ള സ്നേഹം കൊണ്ടൊന്നും അല്ല. ഇത്ര കുറഞ്ഞ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ പട്ടിയെ പോലെ പണിയെടുക്കാന്‍ വേറെ ആളെ കിട്ടുകയില്ല എന്ന് കമ്പനിക്കും നല്ല ബോദ്ധ്യമുള്ളതു കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ. ഞാന്‍ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളോട് മറ്റുള്ളവര്‍ യോജിച്ചേ മതിയാവൂ എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് നല്ലതല്ല… ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞത് എന്റെ കാര്യം… എന്നോട് ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെയാണ് പെരുമാറിയത്. എന്റെ കണ്മുന്നില്‍ ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടത് ഇതൊക്കെയാണ്.

ഒരേ ഒരു കമ്പനിയില്‍ പതിറ്റാണ്ടുകളോളം ജോലി ചെയ്യാം, നല്ലതാണ്. പക്ഷേ അത് നല്ല കമ്പനി അല്ല എങ്കില്‍, പൊട്ടക്കിണറ്റിലെ തവളയെ പോലെ ആകും! പുറത്ത് വിശാലമായ ഒരു ലോകം ഉണ്ട്. XXXXXല്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഞാന്‍ 3 കമ്പനികളില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ ആ കമ്പനികളെ കുറിച്ച് ഞാന്‍ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ലേഖനം എഴുതേണ്ടി വരില്ല. അതിലും ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന കമ്പനിയെ കുറിച്ച് എനിക്ക് നല്ലതു മാത്രമേ പറയാനുള്ളൂ!

Well, I have my own reasons to write this article, which I don’t want to publish in this blog. നന്നായി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവനെ ഒറ്റക്ക് വിളിച്ച്, കൊള്ളാം, നീ ചെയ്ത വര്‍ക്ക് അഭിനന്ദനീയമാണ് എന്ന ഒരു വാക്ക്, ഈ ഒരു രീതി, എന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെ കമ്പനിയുടെ മാനജമന്റിനു ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു, ഞാന്‍ ആദ്യത്തെ അഞ്ചു വര്‍ഷം ജോലി ചെയ്ത കമ്പനി!!

മൂന്നു വര്‍ഷത്തിനു ശേഷം ഇപ്പോള്‍ എന്തിനു നീ ഇതെഴുതി എന്നാണ് ചോദ്യമെങ്കില്‍, ഇപ്പോഴാണേ എനിക്കിത്തിരി സമയം കിട്ടിയത്.

സത്യമായും പറയട്ടെ, ആരോടും എനിക്ക് മര്യാദകുറവ് ഇപ്പൊഴും ഇല്ല. അവര്‍ അലങ്കരിച്ചിരുന്ന പദവി, ഇതിലും നല്ല തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ എടുക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്നു. എന്റെ മനസ്സിന്റെ വ്യാപാരങ്ങള്‍ ഇതൊക്കെയായിരുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ എന്തെങ്കിലും തെറ്റുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍, ‘അറിയാവുന്നവര്‍‘ മാത്രം വന്ന് തിരുത്തട്ടെ.

താനാരാണെന്നു പോലും എനിക്കറിയില്ല. എങ്കിലും പറയട്ടെ. എനിക്ക് ആ കമ്പനിയോട് ഒരു വിരോധവും ഇല്ല എന്നു മാത്രമല്ല. എന്നെ ഞാനാക്കിയ XXXXXനോട് തീര്‍ത്താല്‍ തീരാത്തത്ര കടപ്പാടും ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ ‘എന്നോട്‘ ചെയ്ത ക്രൂരതകള്‍ , എന്തിന്റെ പേരിലാണെങ്കിലും അത് ക്രൂരത തന്നെയാണ്. പിന്നെ എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത്… എന്നെ ആരും ഒന്നും പഠിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. എല്ലാം അതാത് സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയറുകളുടെ റ്റ്യൂറ്റോറിയല്‍ വായിച്ചു പഠിച്ചതു തന്നെ. പിന്നെ, മോനേ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമാണ് അറിവിന്റെ മാനദണ്ഡം എന്നു കരുതുന്നത് തെറ്റാണ്. +2 മാത്രം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നിട്ടും പല കിടിലങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടും സാധിക്കാത്ത പലതും ഞാനും (ഷിജുവും) ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

XXXXXലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു വ്യക്തിയെ ഞാന്‍ മര്യാദയില്ലാത്ത രീതിയില്‍ ഈ ആര്‍ട്ടിക്കിളില്‍ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. I give due respect to all. പക്ഷെ അതുകൊണ്ടൊന്നും തെറ്റ് തെറ്റല്ലാതാകുന്നില്ല.

1) I dont know about Assa (not my dept.), But i saw every day she is leaving at 6 O’clock.No body not allowed to go at that time.
2) Suresh promised one guy that he will get the salary hike above 20000 and signed the bond before the completion of his existing bond. So he applied some LOAN and started the installation. Where his bond completed Sueresh refused his promised, Bond is broken. Now he is struggling to pay that amount.”Patti polayadi mone”.
3) Murali is reassigned from the company and started new company.
4) Some guys are there (XXXXX kunjungal, Still they need breast feeding of XXXXX CEO), they are the main ‘paras’.
5) Do you knw how much is the salary of a fresher?. First 6 months 1500/-. Next 6 months 8500/-.After that around 12k.
We have to sign 2.5 Years of bond for getting this salary. Do you think this is nice idea
6) Now new temptation is arrived. The company is going down. The CEO asked some money from the other partners. I have a question, What is the job of this partners? just sharing the profit??. They have authority to help the company on critical stage.
I don’t think this recursion affected this company, because the products are already moving,Lots of projects are coming. They just utilizing this recursion, Nothing more.

സ്റ്റീവ് ജോബ്സ് പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ, കമ്പനിയെ അല്ല സ്നേഹിക്കേണ്ടത്, ജോലിയെ സ്നേഹിക്കൂ. അപ്പോള്‍ ഏതു കമ്പനി ആയാലും ആത്മാര്‍ത്ഥയുള്ളവന് ആത്മവിശ്വാസത്തോടെ പണിയെടുക്കാം. ആരും ആര്‍ക്കും ഒരിക്കലും അടിമയല്ല.

സ്വന്തം നിലനില്‍പ്പിനു വേണ്ടിയാണ്, മറ്റെല്ലായിടത്തും എന്നതുപോലെ, ഐ ടീ ഫീല്‍ഡിലും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ തകര്‍ത്തും സ്വന്തം സ്ഥാനവും പേരും രക്ഷിക്കണം എന്ന ചിന്ത. ദിവസവും കൂടി വരുന്ന ആ unhealthy competition കുറഞ്ഞാല്‍ കുറച്ചു മാറ്റം വരുമായിരിക്കും.

But in the case of me its very different. Me also love my company very much and also love my MD. My position was accounts officer but i did the work office boy to accountant.

I lost my 3 years over their actually i forget my accounts and all the last 4 months i worked as an accounts executive after posting a senir. accountant in our company. He teach me how and accountant. After that i enter a new company but my character was not changed but my attitude was changed. Now i am happy…

ഇതായിരിക്കണം നമ്മുടെ നിലപാ‍ട്. നമ്മുടെ വീട്ടില്‍ തൊടിയില്ല. അവിടെ കരിയിലയും വീഴുന്നില്ല എന്നതെല്ലാം നമുക്ക് മാത്രം അറിയാവുന്ന രഹസ്യങ്ങളാണ്. അതൊന്നും ആരോടും വെളിപ്പെടുത്തരുത്.പറയുമ്പോള്‍ സ്ട്രോങ്ങ് ആയിത്തന്നെ പറയുക.

പണി വൃത്തിയായി ചെയ്യാന്‍ അറിയുമെങ്കില്‍ ആള്‍ക്കാര്‍ കൂടെ വരും. ഒരു കമ്പനി അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ വേറെ ഒരു കമ്പനി. ലോകം വിശാലമായി പരന്നു കിടക്കുകയാണ്. നിങ്ങള്‍ നില്‍ക്കുന്നത് point of no return -ല്‍ അല്ല എന്ന് എപ്പോഴും തിരിച്ചറിവുണ്ടാകണം.

ഇത്രകാലത്തെ ജോലിക്കിടയില്‍ ഞാന്‍ പഠിച്ച എളിയ ചില പാഠങ്ങള്‍. ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെങ്കില്‍ ആയ്ക്കോട്ടെ.

1. സ്വന്തം ജോലിയില്‍ ഒരിക്കലും വെള്ളം ചേര്‍ക്കരുത്. അത് കൃത്യമായി, ഒപ്പിക്കാതെ ചെയ്യുക.

2. ജോലിയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുക. കമ്പനിയെയല്ല.

3. മേലധികാരികള്‍ തലയില്‍ കയറിക്കോട്ടെ. സാരമില്ല. അവിടെ നിര്‍ത്തിക്കോണം.അവിടെ അപ്പിയിടാന്‍ അവരെ അനുവദിക്കരുത്. No എന്ന് പറയേണ്ടത് എപ്പോള്‍ എന്ന് കൃത്യമായ തിരിച്ചറിവുണ്ടാകുക. ആ അവസരം വന്നാല്‍ ധീരമായി അത് പറയുക.

4. ജോലി പോയാല്‍ എന്റെ എല്ലാ ആശ്രയവും അസ്തമിച്ചേ എന്ന് വിലപിക്കാന്‍ നില്‍ക്കരുത്. ഒന്നോ രണ്ടൊ ദിവസം അതിന്റെ ഹാങ്ങ് ഒവര്‍ ഉണ്ടാകും. അത് സാധാരണമാണ്. വീട്ടില്‍പ്പോയി അമ്മയുടേയും അച്ചന്റേയും അടുത്തിരിക്കുക. രണ്ടുമൂന്ന് ദിവസം നന്നായി ഉറങ്ങാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുക. നാലു ദിവസം സ്വസ്ഥമായി ഉറങ്ങി എണീറ്റാല്‍ തീരാത്ത ഒരു ടെന്‍ഷനും ഇല്ല. വിശ്വാസമാകുന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഒന്ന് ചെയ്തുനോക്കൂ.ജോലി പോയ ദുഖത്തിന് കൂതറ കമ്പനികളില്‍ എന്തു ത്യാഗം സഹിച്ചും കേറരുത്. നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അത്ര ദയനീയ അവസ്ഥ ആയിട്ടില്ല. സ്വസ്ഥമായി ആലോചിച്ച് ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ മാസങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ട് നല്ല ഒരു കമ്പനിയില്‍ കേറുക. വീട്ടുകാര്‍ക്ക് ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ മാസം കാശു കൊടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിലും ഒരു ചുക്കും സംഭവിക്കാന്‍ പോണില്ല. നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈയില്‍ ഉള്ളപ്പോള്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ കാശു കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു എന്നോര്‍ക്കുക.

5.ഈ അറിവ് ഇനി ഈ ഫീല്‍ഡിലേക്ക് വരാനുള്ളവര്‍ക്കാണ്. 10+ പോളി ഡിപ്ലോമ കഴിഞ്ഞ് എത്ര സാലറി ഓഫ്ഫര്‍ ചെയ്താലും ഈ ഫീല്‍ഡിലേക്ക് വരരുത്. ഡിഗ്രി/പി.ജി കഴിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം മാത്രം ഏതേലും കമ്പനിയില്‍ ജോയില്‍ ചെയ്യുക. അല്ലാതെ പോളി ഡിപ്ലോമ്മ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടന്‍ ജോയില്‍ ചെയ്തുകഴിഞ്ഞല്‍ നിങ്ങടെ പഠനം അതോടെ നില്‍ക്കും. ബി.ടെക്ക് /ബി.ഇ ചെയ്യാന്‍ മിനിമം 4 വര്‍ഷമെങ്കിലും വേണ്ടേ.. അതുവരെ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കമ്പനി ചാടാന്‍ പറ്റില്ല. പണിത്തിരക്ക് കാരണം പഠിക്കാനും സമയം കിട്ടില്ല. ഫലമോ? ആദ്യത്തെ 5-6 വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് എവ്ടേയും പോകാന്‍ പറ്റില്ല. കമ്പനി നിങ്ങളോട് എന്തു കാണിച്ചാലും.

6. പേരുകേട്ട കമ്പനികളില്‍ മാത്രം ജോലി സ്വീകരിക്കുക. ഒരല്‍പ്പം സാലറി കുറഞ്ഞാലും. അടുത്ത് ജമ്പിന് കമ്പനിയുടെ സല്‍പേര് ഗുണം ചെയ്യും.

വര്‍ക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തെ, കമ്പനിയിലെ, മേലുദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ എല്ലാം അവഗണന ചെറിയ രീതിയിലെങ്കിലും നേരിടേണ്ടി വരുമ്പോള്‍… നമ്മള്‍ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ടും അതിന്റെ ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിലും കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തല്‍ മാത്രം കേള്‍ക്കേണ്ടി വരുമ്പോള്‍ വിഷമിയ്ക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ തന്നെയാണ് ഞാനും. അപ്പോള്‍ ഇതു പോലുള്ള ഒരു കമ്പനിയെ കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിയ്ക്കാനേ വയ്യ.

കൂടുതല്‍ പേര്‍ ഇത് വായിയ്ക്കാനിട വരട്ടെ എന്ന് ഞാനും പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിയ്ക്കുന്നു.

I am working as a Research Analyst for Interberry Solutions (working under their client Ventures Middle East LLC) analysing Middle East and North African economy and industries. I’ve got thorogh freedom with the company and I’m enjoying it a lot. The biggest thing i like about this company is that tru it i’ve got a very flexible and employee friendly environment.

Prior to this company I’ve been working as a Research officer with the number 1 Financial services broking firm in Kerala. There I was hectically screwed by the heavy working hours and by ma Research Head. Since I was with the commodities trading whwere we got our Indian exchanges working from 10am – 11.55pm. So I had 2 come up by 8.45 am in the morning so that I can anlayse the trend in International exchanges and give research reports and calls to our clients b4 our exchanges openings. There has been number of days wen i worked from 8.45am – 11.55pm. When some of your colleagues are on leave; you will be f***d up left right centre without food; rest etc amidst of the market hours.

രണ്ടാളും ഇതു വഴി വന്നതിനും, അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞതിനും വളരെ നന്ദി.

ആശച്ചേച്ചിയും മറ്റു മാനജര്‍മാരും മാത്രമല്ല, ജനം മുഴുവന്‍ ഇതിനെ കുറിച്ച് അറിഞ്ഞാല്‍ നല്ലത് എന്ന് ഞാന്‍ കരുതുന്നു. ഡിഗ്രീ കഴിഞ്ഞിറങ്ങുന്ന പിള്ളാര്‍, ഇങ്ങനയും ചില കമ്പനികള്‍ നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം… പിന്നെ പൊതുജനം, ഐ.റ്റി കമ്പനികള്‍ എല്ലാം സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗങ്ങളല്ല, ചില കാലാപാനികളും ഉണ്ടെന്ന് അറിയണം… ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ ഉള്ള ചില പൊതു താല്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായിട്ടാണ് ഇത് പബ്ലിഷ് ചെയ്തത്.

എന്തായാലും തുറന്ന എഴുത്ത് …ആശ ചേച്ചിയും ശിങ്കിടികളും ഇതു കാണട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ പീപ്പിള്‍ മാനേജ്മെന്റ് സ്കില്‍ ഇല്ലാത്ത എല്ലാ മാനേജര്‍ മാരും ഇതു ഉറപ്പായിട്ടും വായിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് കൂടി ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു..!!
